What Our Clinet Says

Dear friends I would like to share my experience in handling coma stage of ur loved one. My son Dentist at the age of 36 suffered cardiac arrest and subsequently slipped into coma.

Our world shattered and doctors at the hospital discharged claiming that they cannot proceed further. He was under PEG feeding. I have established one room just like ICU and my wife and my self started looking after my son.

At this juncture requested many doctors to visit once in a week and monitor the condition of my son. But many doctors insisted to take my son to their clinic or hospital. A patient who is bed ridden it's herculean task to take him out. At this time just like an angle in our life Dr.Sushil agreed to visit and monitor the condition of my son. He gave such a morale boost to our dwindling hope. Patient also slowly started responding. Dr Sushil meanwhile transferred to Mangalore hospital. Inspite of it he was kind enough to visit once in a month. For a family who was having task to take care of come patient is not small thing. During 3years period due to doctors continued advice my son didn't develop any bed sore or any other complications. Dr Sushil helped our family to accept hard facts and gave moral strength to face it. And other than treating my son during the period

Our family always indebted to Dr Sushil for his selfless service. We pray God to bestow blissful life to Dr Sushil so that he can continue to many more unfortunate families like us to come out of it.

Mr Hari,

Retired bank officer, Father of a Dentist

Hi, my name is Doctor Suhail. I'm originally from Bangalore. My mother was paralyzed and bedridden following a neck injury from a fall about three years ago. After spending almost six months in hospital in Mangalore, her transition from hospital to home was extremely challenging. Even though being a doctor and knowing what her needs were, I soon realized there isn't any home healthcare facilities in Mangalore to meet my mother's complex needs.

During this difficult time, I was fortunate to have met Doctor Sushil, who has wealth of knowledge and experience with rehabilitation for spinal cord injury patients. He did regular home consultations and was taking care of all her medical issues from treating infections to tracheostomy and pressure ulcer care, and also communicating with physiotherapists, carers and advising on appropriate splints and assistive devices. As a result, all my mother's needs were met at home and she never required to be hospitalized during this period. From my mother's experience, I know how difficult and challenging it is to manage similar complex patients at home and also the difficulties to taking them to hospital. Home based care can make life easy for both patient and family and at the same time a reasonable and safe care can be provided at doorsteps. I would highly recommend Dr. Sushil's home based rehabilitation services and wish him and his team all the very best.
